• What quality of image do we require?
    Entirely up to you, as the customer. You must decide that the image is suitable for enlargement.
  • What image format can we print from?
    We can print from jpg, tiff, psd and pdf.
  • How can we receive the image?
    The image must be supplied in an electronic format. We cannot work from prints or slides.
  • On what device can we receive the image?
    We can except the image via our online Order Form, or by a non returnable CD/DVD rom. We cannot accept "Thumb Drives" or "Memory Sticks"
  • Can I collect the finished items?
    Yes, of course, you are most welcome to visit us during our working day 9 am to 5 pm, by appointment.
  • Can I pay via Credit/Debit Card?
    Yes.
  • Can I pay via PayPal?
    Not at the moment.
  • Can we crop or adjust the image?
    Yes, however, there would be a cost involved, please enquire.
  • Can I send it back?
    Not normally, requests for a refund will be considered on an individual basis. The suitability of the supplied image for printing at a large scale is determined by customer.
  • How long will it take for my order to be completed?
    Normally within ten working days.
  • Can I iron the printed area?
    We advise a cool iron on the inside/back of the textile.
  • Does the printing change the feel of the textile?
    No, the printed fabric feels the same as the un-printed.
  • Is it only single sided printing?
    Yes.
